Duck Me Amadeus!

When I first saw this little Mozart duck I knew I had to have it! It was such a cute little fellow with such perfectly coiffed Mozart style locks. I first saw the duck on facebook, then I bought the duck on Duckshop.  The creator of the duck-Astroducks-is the first provider of rubber ducks with an Austria theme. To see more pictures and read more on the story of how Austroducks and the Mozart duck was created click here to see the Austroducks website. Apparently this little Mozart fellow is a well travelled duck. I figured I’d capture him waddling around here in NYC:

M.C. Quacker (on the right): “I’m on a boat motherducker take a look at me,
Straight flowing on a boat on the deep blue sea,
Busting five knots, wind whipping out my coat,
You can’t stop me motherducker cause I’m on a boat.”

Ducky D. (on the left): “Rhyming is easy fosheezy.”

Duckfest from a rubber duck’s perspective

Ever wonder what Duckfest would be like from a rubber duck’s perspective? Of course you have. And here on Duckfest we will happily go to there………..
Cheese Duck: “All those tasty treats over there are starting to make my beak water. I must get right over there before all the duck collectors do!”

Cheese Duck: “Duck shaped cookies! I can’t wait to sink my beak into one of those….hmm….would it be gauche of me to eat one since they are duck-shaped?”

Cheese Duck: “Duckcakes! I’m so glad I have teeth! I cannot pass these treats up! Of course I will take the duck off the duckcake before eating. I love me some blue icing!”

Cheese Duck: “Perhaps I will take a gander at this….or should I? If I win do I have to share the tub with all of them? “

Duck Duck Bar

So, one day my friend sends me a link to this place called Duck Duck Bar in Brooklyn. I thought it sounded too good to be true…..a bar with a duck theme. Alas, it was true! How could I not love this place! You can check out Duck Duck Bar here !

Even Cheese was mesmorized by Duck Duck Bar.
Cheese Duck: “Look at all the Duck Specials! Hmmm…decisions…I’ll just have a shot of Duck-quilla please!”
