In the spirit of the London Summer Olympics, I thought I’d post this picture taken by my friend Nicolas Vellejos. His photography is amazing and the details that go into his macro photography are mind blowing. Bravo to this little duck! See more of Nicolas’ beautiful photos by clicking here.

Every year, a group of us rubber duck collectors get together and make a collaborative rubber duck themed calendar. For this year’s calendar, the above photo was submitted for the month of August. I thought it was perfect to share on Duckshow with the Olympics in full swing. You can see the complete calendar here.

Hilton Vienna Danube recently challenged its team members to take any of the ducks to a “fancy” place and take a picture. The winning photo was taken in a Safari Park in Austria by team member Lena Sekerka. You gotta wonder what’s going though this little monkey’s head
The ducks are part of the Ducks for Change series.
